Graphite is a digital design consultancy headquartered in Brighton, with the team working remotely in the South East of the UK.
We’re a team of creative and strategic specialists on a mission to make a measurable difference for people’s health around the world. Every day we work with global healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations, helping to innovate and enhance their digital customer experiences.
Due to our recent growth we are currently hiring for a Project Administrator to support our Client Services and Delivery teams in their daily work.
The role will be initially embedded within one of our client focused squads, providing administrative support in managing documents, attending meetings and taking minutes, documenting client feedback and ensuring an overall high level of customer satisfaction around the final submission of our work and the supporting documentation.
This role would be suited to a graduate or candidate earlier in their career.
Full training for all Graphite and client systems will be provided by the team, and there will be continual help and support available from our dedicated team.
Following the completion of the initial probationary period, additional Project Management training will be provided, including the Agile Certified Scrum Master certification which all of our Delivery colleagues have successfully completed.
