Junior Digital Project Manager

Graphite is a digital customer experience agency based on the seafront in Brighton (but working remotely at the moment due to COVID-19). The Role

A junior position within the Graphite Delivery team, you will work closely with the in-house talent and clients to deliver projects, ensuring high quality outcomes, and timeliness of delivery.

Joining our Client Services / Delivery team, you will act as a key point of contact for several of Graphite’s key projects, and will partner with client side Project Managers, Product Owners and Managers to deliver large digital creative and build projects with the support of our experienced team.

The projects you will manage will mainly be digital products, and you’ll be working mainly with our in-house strategic, creative and technical experts to deliver them.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating clear project communications through regular project ceremonies

  • Authoring project documentation and reporting to the wider business

  • Maintaining (and improving) the standards of project documentation and ensure that templates are kept up to date and consistently used by all team members.

  • Facilitate sharing of best practices through collaborative working

  • Working closely with our production team, external suppliers and partners to deliver high quality work that delights our customers

  • Capturing user stories, managing tickets and providing status updates via Jira

Required

  • Knowledge of web technologies, capabilities and limitations

  • Basic knowledge of creating and managing projects, ideally in Jira but training will be provided

  • Experience with helping to manage technical projects and working with creative and technical individuals

  • A good understanding of design and the importance of a great user experience

  • Highly organised and efficient

  • Confident working with others to inspire a high-quality standard

  • Should communicate with warmth and positivity

  • 1 year of agency experience (significant relevant client side experience also considered)

Optional

  • Scrum certification and experience would be a plus but we can provide CSM training if required

Salary

£21,000 to £25,000+ a year (Depending on level/experience)
