Digital Project Manager

The Role

An important position within the Graphite team, you will work closely with the in-house talent and clients to deliver projects, ensuring high quality outcomes, and timeliness of delivery.

Joining our Client Services team, you will act as a key point of contact for several of Graphite’s key customers, and will partner with influential individuals to initiate and oversee large digital creative and build projects.

The programmes of work you will manage will mainly be digital products, and you’ll be working mainly with our in-house strategic, creative and technical experts to deliver them.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating clear project communications through regular project ceremonies

  • Authoring project documentation and reporting to the wider business

  • Maintaining (and improving) the standards of project documentation and ensure that templates are kept up to date and consistently used by all team members.

  • Facilitate sharing of best practices through collaborative working

  • Working closely with our production team, external suppliers and partners to deliver high quality work that delights our customers

Required

  • Knowledge of web technologies, capabilities and limitations

  • Proficient in creating and managing projects, ideally in Jira

  • Experience with managing technical projects and working with creative and technical individuals.

  • A good understanding of design and the importance of a great user experience.

  • Strong ability to articulate both design and technical viewpoints to clients.

  • Highly organised and efficient.

  • Confident working with others to inspire a high-quality standard.

  • Should communicate with warmth and positivity.

  • 1 years’ experience (significant relevant client side experience also considered)

  • Scrum certification and experience would be a plus

Salary

£25,000 to £35,000+ a year (Depending on level/experience)
